How to do this
Step 1: thaw the Basha fish.
Step 2: wash and cut into small pieces, marinate with a little salt and shredded ginger for 5 minutes.
Step 3: cut shredded ginger, chili and garlic.
Step 4: pour 2 spoons of steamed fish soy sauce, add a little chicken powder, stir well and set aside.
Step 5: Boil the fish in boiling water for about 1-2 minutes.
